Hire and purchase option
The vehicle remains the property of Option to Buy Car Hire throughout the 30-week hire term. Subject to full compliance and all sums being paid, the customer may purchase it for £1 at the end.

Payments
Weekly payments must clear by 18:00 every Friday. Contact us before the deadline if there is a problem. A missed payment without prior arrangement may result in remote disable after contact where possible.
Tax and insurance
The customer must arrange and maintain valid vehicle tax and appropriate insurance before leaving the depot and throughout the hire.
Fines and charges
The customer is liable for all speeding tickets, parking fines, tolls, congestion or clean-air charges, penalties and other costs incurred while responsible for the vehicle.
Telematics
Vehicles are fitted with telematics for security and agreement management. A vehicle will never be remotely disabled while in motion.
Care of vehicle
The customer must keep the vehicle roadworthy, report damage or faults promptly, and comply with the signed agreement.
