I understand this is a hire agreement with an option to buy for £1 at the end of the agreed term.
I understand all vehicles are fitted with a telematics device.
I understand the vehicle may be remotely disabled if payments are missed or the agreement is breached, but never while in motion.
I understand all weekly payments must clear by 18:00 every Friday. If payment is missed without prior arrangement, the vehicle may be remotely disabled until payment clears.
I understand I must tax and insure the vehicle before leaving the depot.
I understand I am liable for all fines, speeding tickets, tolls, penalties and charges incurred during the hire.
